Base: $86,400 - $137,900; Bonus/Equity: Incentive pay program based on performance; Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, retirement, paid vacation, tuition assistance, employee discounts

Key Requirements
5+ years automotive dealership service experience
Proven leadership experience
Ability to legally operate a motor vehicle
Willingness to travel at least 50%
Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) certifications preferred
Associate or bachelor’s degree in engineering or automotive technology preferred
No GM immigration sponsorship provided
