Job Summary
The Safety Organized Practice (SOP) Coach is responsible for the training delivery of Safety Organized Practice, Structured Decision Making, or other contracted training initiatives for identified DCFS families staff and stakeholders.
This position is responsible for providing coaching to all newly hired Social Services Specialists assigned to an Investigations or Differential Response Unit.
This is a full-time annually renewed grant-funded position requiring extensive travel.
