VCA Canada Animal Hospitals is seeking a Regional Operations Director to oversee the operational management of fourteen veterinary hospitals in the Ottawa region. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, experience in operations management, and a passion for high-quality patient care

Job Summary

  • Provide leadership and operational oversight for fourteen veterinary hospitals across the region, including three locations along the 401 corridor between Kingston, Belleville, and Oshawa.
  • The Regional Operations Director will work closely with Hospital Managers, Medical Directors, and VCA leadership to advance key priorities, including operational excellence, deliver a best-in-class client and patient experience and support the growth of the business across the region.
