Facilitate collaborative planning sessions with project teams, subcontractors, designers, and stakeholders to get input for sequencing, manpower and durations.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Oracle Primavera P6 experience
CPM, LBMS and Takt scheduling theory
Collaborative planning sessions
Develop and maintain contract schedule
Resource loading, Crew logic, Cost loading
Nice-to-have
Integrate schedule and BIM model using 4D
Smartsheet experience
Guide teams with vertical alignment
Flexible, detail-oriented team player
Work with diverse personalities
Key Requirements
7+ years of experience as a Scheduler
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field; or equivalent field experience
