The Automation Engineering Technician IV will lead shift technicians, drive machine uptime, and have direct impact on new equipment installations and upgrades across multiple generations of production equipment.
This role offers broad exposure to changing environments and the opportunity to develop solutions for line run ability issues in a cutting-edge vision treatment manufacturing team.

Automation equipment fault-finding
PLC programming and troubleshooting
Robots and servo control systems
Production equipment maintenance
Automation software line down support
Problem solving in manufacturing
Nice-to-have
Experience in medical device manufacturing
Knowledge transfer and team leadership
Working with vision systems and lasers
Developing troubleshooting documentation
Working with barcode and RFID readers
Exposure to multiple generations of equipment
Key Requirements
Minimum six years relevant experience
High school diploma or equivalent
Experience with Rockwell and/or Siemens PLCs
Minimum two years computing or software experience
Proficient understanding of logical and sequence controls
