Must-have

  • Windows 10/11 and Office 365 support
  • Active Directory user and computer management
  • Symantec End Point Protection or similar security
  • Network printer and multi-function device troubleshooting
  • Cisco IP desk phones and voicemail support
  • Remote troubleshooting and ticket queue management

Nice-to-have

  • Experience with Mac hardware and OS X support
  • Knowledge of CAD, Pro-E, Solidworks design tools
  • Strong interpersonal skills and customer focus
  • Ability to create polished comprehensive documentation
  • Experience in manufacturing and engineering companies

Key Requirements

  • Associate's degree required; Bachelor's preferred
  • 0-3 years of experience supporting IT hardware and software
  • Preferred certifications: MOS, MCTS, A+, ACMT, and ITIL V3
