Job Summary

  • As the finance lead for Wella Northern Europe, you will own the financial steering of the region from monthly closings to strategic planning ensuring clear visibility on performance and driving business decisions with impact.
  • This role combines FP&A excellence and Brand Finance partnership: you will translate numbers into strategy, shape commercial actions, and maximize ROI across marketing and trade investments.
  • You will lead planning, forecasting, and financial reporting activities working cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Operations ensuring targets are achieved and resources are allocated to the highest-value opportunities.

  • Proficiency with SAP and SAP BW
