Key Requirements

  • Lawyer in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario
  • L.L.B. or J.D. degree
  • Minimum of two to five years’ experience practicing law
  • Strong knowledge of residential and commercial real estate transactions
  • Demonstrated experience in transactional real estate
  • Litigation experience considered an asset
