Job Summary

• Support the deployment of the Continuous Improvement (CI) strategy for Finance & Accounting Operations and strengthen ABB’s Service & Performance (S&P) agenda for 2026.
• Coach teams, lead end-to-end CI initiatives, and ensure measurable, sustainable improvements in quality, delivery, cost, and stakeholder experience.
• This role is contributing to the Finance Services business Global Service & Performance division in Bangalore, India.
