Job Summary

  • The primary purpose of your job position is to maintain the grounds, facility, equipment in a safe and efficient manner in accordance with current applicable federal, state, and local standards, guidelines and regulations.
  • Perform specific tasks in accordance with daily work assignments, including routine maintenance on grounds, parking areas, driveways, facility and equipment.
  • Maintain the confidentiality of all resident care information including protected health information and report known or suspected incidents of unauthorized disclosure.
