Salary

Primary Level Salary Range: $98,400.00 - $158,000.00; Secondary Level Salary Range: $122,800.00 - $196,700.00; Bonus/Equity: Annual bonuses; Benefits: Medical, Dental & Vision, 401k, Educational Assistance, Life Insurance, PTO

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in STEM
  • 5+ years of experience (Principal)
  • 8+ years of experience (Sr. Principal)
  • Active DoD Secret Clearance
  • 1+ years DOORS experience
  • 1+ years ICBM or complex aerospace experience
  • 2+ years MBSE experience (Sr. Principal)
