Job Summary
This role provides tailored guidance based on individual needs, investment goals, and risk tolerance to aid customers in achieving their objectives.
You will support customers through inbound and outbound calls while resolving inquiries at the first point of contact with empathy.
The position requires consistent achievement of performance objectives including customer experience survey results, compliance regulations, and productivity targets.
