Base: $103,100.00–$155,000.00; Bonus: Variable annual bonus based on performance; Benefits: Comprehensive Total Rewards including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and PTO
Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Advanced Degree plus 3 years experience
Bachelor's Degree plus 5 years experience
Experience in GMP regulated environments
Expertise in value stream mapping and 5S
Strong project management skills
Nice-to-have
Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification
PMP or equivalent project management certification
