Job Summary
The working lead will spend much of the time performing manufacturing tasks such as calibration, welding, machining, furnace operators demonstrating a high level of proficiency on multiple programs and/or disciplines of moderate to complex difficulty and is considered a subject matter expert (level III) in primary discipline.
Serves as primary training coordinator for main discipline in all areas of the plant including support of aftermarket business as required by the business.
This position offers a $1,000 sign on bonus for external applicants.
