MOBS Lab is seeking an Associate Director for Global Data Operations in Rahway, New Jersey, who will lead clinical data management teams to ensure high-quality clinical trials. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership and project management skills, with at least five years of experience in clinical trials and two years in people management

Job Summary

  • Responsible for leading Senior Clinical Data Managers and Clinical Data Managers in operations tasks, both strategic and tactical in nature, within a Data Management Center.
  • Ensures consistent execution of quality processes and deliverables, managing workload and development of direct staff, and encouraging effective interaction with business partners.
  • Participates in or leads GDO Business Excellence Networks, improvement efforts, SME networks, and special initiatives, and trains staff on business processes, operations, and tools.
