This role supports the world's largest aerospace and defense company by analyzing engine in-service performance to identify emerging issues and opportunities for improvement.
The position focuses on enhancing engine safety, reliability, availability, and affordability through data-driven insights and cross-functional collaboration with engineering and customer support teams.
Candidates will define and monitor Key Performance Indicators related to maintainability and availability while supporting MSG-3 analysis activities to optimize maintenance programs.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Bachelor's degree in Aeronautical or Aerospace Engineering
2-5 years aviation industry experience
MSG-3 maintenance program principles knowledge
Root cause analysis and trend monitoring skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Power BI
Nice-to-have
Engine product knowledge certification
Six Sigma or Lean Principles expertise
CRE or CMRP reliability certification
Experience with Direct Maintenance Cost reduction
