Job Summary

  • Under the direction of the Manager and/or Director of Network Operations, provide support to the satisfactory operation of the WPI network and facilitate its use by members of the WPI community.
  • Supervise and mentor students on all aspects of networking and operations, ensuring they have the tools needed to successfully perform assigned tasks.
  • Respond to issues beyond normal business hours to provide 24/7 connectivity and coordinate with other IT teams on hardware installation and network maintenance.
