Job Summary

  • You will sustain and improve process / SPC to meet quality, cost, productivity requirements.
  • Your job includes analyzing SPC charts, reviewing ESPC charts, and analyzing split lot, DOE data using JMP, Klarity ACE.
  • You will work closely with Equipment Engineer on new equipment acceptance and drive team to meet key indices of Uptime and OEE.

Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • Analyze SPC charts using SPACE
  • Review ESPC charts using SPACE
  • Analyze split lot, DOE data
  • Create SPC charts, DCOP
  • Upload recipe, check recipe
  • Follow up on SPSR, MRB, 8D
  • Work closely with Equipment Engineer

Nice-to-have

  • Coach and show Engineers how to use toolsets
  • Provide feedback/ training to Process Engineers
  • Cross-fab benchmarking activities
  • Self audit and update specifications

Key Requirements

  • 1 to 3 years of relevant experience
  • Bachelor Degree in Engineering
  • Perform Normal / Swing Shift
