Job Summary
Serve as the business owner for Stripe billing, ensuring systems are optimized to support pricing strategy, experimentation, and global scale.
Maintain dashboards and recurring reports for ARR, churn, ARPU, payment success, subscription health and billing accuracy.
Work closely with CX and Care to improve the customer billing journey.
