Job Summary
The Manager, Payroll Operations will own the planning and implementation of our Payroll chapter, ensuring payroll is processed on time, accurately, and in compliance with country-specific government regulations.
You will lead the Payroll team, providing guidance and mentorship, and serving as a point of contact for all payroll-related matters with internal and external stakeholders.
This role requires managing relationships with payroll, accounting, and payroll service providers, while developing and implementing best practices, KPIs, and SLA metrics for the team.
