Employees must ensure the confidentiality of all resident care information and promptly report any suspected violations of protected health information disclosure.
The role requires assisting residents with daily functions including bathing, dressing, feeding, and mobility while maintaining a calm and positive environment.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Assist residents with daily hygiene functions
Monitor and report changes in resident condition
Maintain confidentiality of protected health information
Perform lifting and moving of residents up to 25 pounds
Document care entries in PCC system and incident reports
Nice-to-have
Create warm and positive atmosphere for residents
Cooperate effectively with inter-departmental personnel
Demonstrate patience with disoriented or comatose residents
Key Requirements
High school education or equivalent required
Proficiency in Microsoft Suite products required
Training in specific care tasks mandatory before performing duties
