You will play a key role, sitting at the reception desk, as the first point of contact for all incoming calls from clients, employees and the general public.
Manage the telephone console, receive and divert incoming calls, and greet and guide visitors.
Provide a Helpdesk service, maintain Helpdesk Tracker and escalate calls to the Facilities Manager depending on urgency.
