Job Summary

  • You will play a key role, sitting at the reception desk, as the first point of contact for all incoming calls from clients, employees and the general public.
  • Manage the telephone console, receive and divert incoming calls, and greet and guide visitors.
  • Provide a Helpdesk service, maintain Helpdesk Tracker and escalate calls to the Facilities Manager depending on urgency.
