Job Summary

  • Your mission will be to facilitate change, coordinate continuous improvement projects, and disseminate Lean culture within the organization to meet ADP's strategic goals for optimal and competitive performance.
  • You will be responsible for the development, animation, coordination, and follow-up of improvement or problem-solving projects, as well as identifying needs and training teams in Lean culture.
  • You will define, implement, and monitor process performance indicators and support operational managers in identifying and executing process improvement opportunities.
