Job Summary

• The Academic Guidance Lead plays a pivotal role in this environment, providing expert support to students across their MD journey and working closely with Regional Clinical Unit academics to continually strengthen the Learning Community.
• Key responsibilities will include, but not limited to: Student-centred teaching and leadership : Provide expert academic guidance and leadership across Years 1–4 of the MD program using a stepped-care approach, delivering tailored support, remediation, pastoral and career guidance, and contributing to high-quality clinical teaching and staff development.
