Job Summary

  • The job holder is responsible to assist for all HR functional/operation areas in a timely and constructive manner, to provide HR related Operation support.
  • Responsible for Talent Acquisition & Recruitment Operations - Provide guidance to hiring managers on submitting job requisition requests through Workday and maintain and update the open positions list.
  • Organize Employee Assistance Program (EAP) initiatives, well-being events, and Diversity & Inclusion (D&I) activities.
