Job Summary
The role holder is responsible for defining the UKCB data product vision, objectives, milestones, and roadmap aligned to BU’s objectives and coordinating with key stakeholders within the Data Product ecosystem.
Develop and maintain the banks data architecture governance, standards and protection policies, regarding data models, authoritative data stores, and data capabilities, to support data quality, accuracy and consistency and the protection of sensitive information.
Lead and develop data product teams, embedding a strong performance and accountability culture and influence and coordinate senior stakeholders across business, data, and technology to deliver strategic outcomes.
