Job Summary

  • Prepare preliminary cost estimates, feasibility studies, and cost plans based on conceptual and detailed designs for Infrastructure and Energy.
  • Ensure compliance with contract conditions (e.g., FIDIC, DPWH, NEC) and applicable laws and regulations.
  • Utilize quantity surveying software (e.g., CostX, Planswift, or similar) for BOQ preparation, quantity checking, and cost control.

Key Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years working experience as QS
  • Bachelor’s degree in quantity surveying, Civil Engineering, or related
  • Professional license or certification is an advantage
  • Formal training in cost estimation, contract administration, or project controls
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and cost estimates
  • Proficiency in cost estimating and BOQ preparation tools
  • Working knowledge of construction contracts and variation/claims management
  • Strong analytical, communication, and coordination skills
  • Knowledge in Construction Scheduling is an advantage
