  • Coordinate pre-renewal strategies and planning for assigned groups, including scheduling meetings, marketing, quoting, plan analysis, and compiling presentation materials.
  • Serve as a knowledgeable resource for the account management support team and clients, providing expertise in eligibility, claims, COBRA, underwriting guidelines, and employee benefits compliance.
