Must-have
Facility maintenance and safety inspections
Operation of water and wastewater treatment facilities
Supervising temporary and permanent staff
Reading and drawing blueprints
Managing construction and renovation projects
Stock control for tools and supplies
Nice-to-have
Knowledge of building codes and regulations
Experience in carpentry, plumbing, electrical, auto mechanics
Liaison with local officials and regulatory agencies
Participation in facility master planning
Key Requirements
High school diploma or GED
Three years progressive facility maintenance or construction experience
Journey level experience in at least three trades
Valid US driver’s license or ability to obtain within 90 days
Ability to obtain Class A CDL within 12-24 months
CPR and Emergency Medical Responder certifications
Wildland Fire Suppression and Chainsaw Operations certifications
EPA Type I, II, III or Universal technician certification (may be required)
Ability to exert physical force up to 100 pounds
Work Rights
