Job Summary

  • Oversight and support to ensure daily tasks in relation to the Margin call processing on behalf of Open Collateral clients are completed accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Working closely with margin call makers, resolving queries, training new joiners and tracking functional performance.
  • Building relationships with our Citi business partners including Product, Product Development, Legal, Compliance, Risk, Test, Implementation, Middle Office and Technology teams and communicating with external parties.
