Job Summary

  • Provide direct nursing care to residents and supervise day-to-day nursing activities performed by nursing assistants in accordance with federal, state, and local standards.
  • Administer medications as ordered by the physician, verify resident identity, and ensure accurate narcotic records for the shift.
  • Participate in employee performance evaluations, develop work assignments, and provide leadership to nursing personnel assigned to the unit/shift.

Key Requirements
