The IT Portfolio Analyst plays a key role in enabling Crescent’s technology strategy by providing portfolio-level visibility, financial discipline, and decision support across IT initiatives.
This role partners closely with IT leaders, business stakeholders, Finance & Accounting to ensure technology investments are aligned with corporate priorities, delivered efficiently, and managed with transparency.

Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Finance, Business, Engineering, or commensurate experience
3+ years of experience in IT portfolio management, PMO, financial analysis, or a related analytical role
Strong understanding of project and portfolio management concepts
Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
Proficiency with portfolio management tools, spreadsheets, and data visualization/reporting platforms such as Excel and PowerBI
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
