Job Summary

  • The Expand ELEVATE project aims to build sustainable data analytics capacity among health program staff and promote data-driven decision-making within TB and public health programs to support TB elimination activities at the local level.
  • The Data Analyst will be responsible for overseeing data quality and analysis activities, developing reports, and supporting the development of resources for reviews and dissemination to various stakeholders.
  • This position requires extensive travel within the state with a scope of expansion to nearby states, and periodic travel out of state as needed.

Key Requirements

  • PhD OR postgraduate degree in Public Health/Health Administration/Statistics
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in public health program

  • Minimum 4 years of experience with research, M&E techniques, project management
  • Experience with data analytics tools (Advanced Excel, SPSS, Power BI, Tableau)
  • Fluency in English and Hindi
  • Legal authorization to work in India
