Job Summary
The Director of Staff Development is responsible to plan and implement facility orientation, job skills training, in-service education, and a Certification Training Program for nursing assistants.
This role involves working with the Director of Nursing and Administrator to ensure the highest degree of quality care and also provides direct resident/patient care.
Key duties include coordinating staff recruitment and hiring, managing payroll and benefits, planning and conducting in-service education programs, and supervising staff.
