Job Summary

  • The Manager, MES Development leads the design, development, deployment, and support of Manufacturing Execution System solutions across Cerrowire manufacturing facilities.
  • This role combines hands-on technical leadership with people leadership to partner closely with Operations, Engineering, Quality, and IT for data-driven decision-making.
  • Candidates will mentor developers, define coding best practices, and ensure solutions meet OT cybersecurity and audit requirements while improving OEE and downtime visibility.
