Job Summary

  • The role supports client teams by providing operational support across the end-to-end client lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, campaign coordination, budget maintenance, reporting, and audits.
  • Key responsibilities include supporting campaign timelines, coordinating with internal and external partners, maintaining relationships across Media Operations and key partners, and implementing continuous improvement for client and campaign delivery.
  • The Social Media Executive will ensure client transitions are properly supported, partner with brands for operational support on client contracts and system maintenance, and maintain client reporting requirements.
