Job Summary
The role will be responsible for leading the Expense Accounting and Balance Sheet Substantiation processes globally and will report to the Head of Global Accounting Operations.
The position carries end‑to‑end accountability for the timeliness, accuracy, and quality of Expense Accounting and BSS deliverables, including month‑end close activities, accruals, deferrals, allocations, reclasses, and reporting.
The role works in close collaboration with State Street Finance leadership, Controllers, FP&A, Internal Audit, and External Audit to ensure strong control outcomes and stakeholder confidence.
