Job Summary

  • Customer Care Administration work directly with customers to provide assistance, resolve complaints, answer questions, and process orders.
  • Order punching -placing orders which are received on calls / mails or on whats app and end to end responsibility for order follow ups ensuring timely delivery.
  • Support for marketing & administrative tasks if any, tele calling through CTI portal and aggressive follow ups with all internal stakeholders so that customer can get the deliveries on time.
