This job will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality patient care by managing complex care of treatment and clinic patients.
Working closely with healthcare teams, this job will ensure the safe and effective management of oncology patients including the management of treatment related side effects, chemotherapy side effects, and symptom management.
The role will provide complex care coordination, as well as providing care and management for non-oncology patients with complex care needs.
