Job Summary
The Senior Technical Trainer’s primary role is the delivery of expert-led classes and workshops to Reltio’s customers, partners, and internal audiences, with high quality and impact.
The technical trainer will be a liaison to partners to establish the Project-Ready Partner program, including communicating and coordinating with Reltio Champions within Partner accounts.

Project / Program Management

Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or relevant work experience
5 years of experience conducting instructor-led training
5+ years of experience designing and developing courses
Experience working with cloud-based APIs
Experience working with Learning Management Systems
Experience with ETL technologies
Experience developing role-based certification programs is preferred
