Salary based on knowledge and experience; 8% holiday allowance; Travel allowance 23ct/km up to 50km

Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • MBO education in electronics or mechatronics
  • Strong English verbal and written communication
  • Experience with lab equipment and validation processes
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis
  • Structured problem-solving mindset

Nice-to-have

  • Dutch language skills
  • Customer communication experience
  • Knowledge of ISO 9001 / IATF 16949 quality systems
  • Vehicle-level electronics troubleshooting
  • Automotive manufacturing background
