Base: $142,400.00 - $224,100.00; Bonus/Equity: Eligible for annual bonus and long-term incentive; Benefits: Comprehensive medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and paid time off

Must-have
5+ years US pharma consumer marketing experience
Build integrated omnichannel adherence programs
Drive cross-functional collaboration with medical affairs
Establish adherence measurement frameworks and KPIs
Manage vendor contracts and agency performance
Ensure FDA and HIPAA compliance in patient programs
Nice-to-have
Experience with rare disease commercialization
Familiarity with Pulmonary Arterial Hypertension therapies
Hands-on experience with Tableau or Power BI
Agile delivery model implementation skills
Strong executive storytelling capabilities
Key Requirements
BA/BS degree required; MBA or MPH preferred
Minimum 5 years relevant US pharma/biopharma experience
Demonstrated success in patient support and access ecosystems
