The RN assists the Director of Nursing Services in directing nursing functions, participates in quality assurance, staff development, and ensures compliance with all applicable regulations and policies.
The role involves direct nursing care, administrative duties, personnel management, safety and sanitation oversight, and participation in care planning and facility committees.
