  • As a Dispute Resolution Officer, you will participate in dispute resolution at the Personal Injury Commission (PIC) workers insurance stream to pro-actively assist in the management and, where possible early resolution of disputes, ensuring positive outcomes are maximised.
  • Your responsibilities include attending the Personal Injury Commission (PIC) as EML’s representative for litigation events and liaising with specialists, legal providers, and barristers.
