Job Summary

  • This corporate counsel internship provides an opportunity for a second year law student to work as a legal intern in a fast-paced Legal Department for Nexteer Automotive.
  • Work areas would include a broad range of matters such as corporate governance, employment and labor, claims and litigation, compliance and ethics, commercial contracts, intellectual property, and other general corporate legal work.
  • The position will report to the Assistant General Counsel, Corporate and will work in partnership with many of the attorneys, including the divisional legal directors and the specialized counsel.
