Job Summary
The role is responsible for spearheading the award-winning AIA Vitality health and wellness programme to the Tied Distribution channel to drive business growth.
You will partner with Tied Distribution to deliver sales training, targeted campaigns, and customer engagement activities to boost Vitality awareness and sales performance.
The position requires tracking and reporting monthly Vitality sales performance while monitoring membership growth and KRA achievement across districts and departments.
