Skills & Requirements
Must-have
10+ years strategic sourcing experience
Proven track record in high-value negotiations
Facilities services or indirect categories expertise
Experience with Jaggaer or e-procurement platforms
Bachelor's degree in Business or Supply Chain
Nice-to-have
MBA or advanced degree preferred
CPM, CPSM, or CPSD certification
Knowledge of real estate industry dynamics
Experience leading transformation initiatives
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

10+ years of strategic sourcing experience
