This role is responsible for enabling and guiding Agile Release Trains (ARTs) within a large-scale, regulated healthcare environment, ensuring alignment, flow, and continuous delivery of value across multiple teams.
You will act as a servant leader and coach, facilitating key SAFe ceremonies such as PI Planning, ART Syncs, System Demos, and Inspect & Adapt workshops.
Operating in a fast-paced and compliance-sensitive environment, you will help ensure delivery transparency while maintaining alignment with healthcare regulatory requirements.
