Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Master's degree in Social Work (MSW)
Certified Social Worker (CSW) or Registered Social Worker (RSW)
Proficiency with Windows applications and data entry
Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial insurance
Ability to work weekends and on-call rotation
Nice-to-have
Two years experience in a medical setting
Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) certification
Strong interpersonal skills for multidisciplinary teams
Working knowledge of acute and chronic care settings
Key Requirements
Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from CSWE accredited university
Certified Social Worker (CSW) or Registered Social Worker (RSW) certificate
Preferred: Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) or pass exam within 6 months
No prior experience required; 2 years medical setting preferred
