The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in technology underwriting, leadership skills, and a strong ability to build relationships with brokers and agents

Job Summary

  • Manage the profitability, growth, and retention of business within a location or region, partnering with RVP to develop and implement business strategies.
  • Underwrite and skillfully negotiate the most complex, at-risk, or hard-to-close deals, while cultivating and maintaining relationships with internal partners.
  • Provide strategic direction and support for the team, taking responsibility for coaching, training, and performance management.

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • CPCU designation
